Teardown
Taking the Vudu Spark apart is a simple process as the device uses no screws and only a few clips. Simply use the space around the HDMI header along with a thin piece of plastic to pry the case off
UART
The Vudu Spark contains a labeled UART debug header on the board. This debug port runs at 115200bps 8n1 and spawns a root shell on boot.
